- You take overall operational responsibility for the rotor blade service business in Portugal and support the Managing Director in steering day-to-day operations.
- You lead the rotor blade service department and provide functional leadership to assigned employees and service teams.
- You provide mobile support to service technicians, with a focus on quality assurance at wind farm sites.
- You ensure high-quality execution of all rotor blade repairs and maintain high standards of quality, productivity and occupational safety across the field teams.
- You plan and coordinate personnel, equipment and other operational resources, and ensure repair reports are accurate and completed on time.
- You identify training needs in close coordination with QHSE and the Managing Director.
- You monitor and report relevant operational KPIs and quality assessments.
- You work closely with the German headquarters, advise management on operational matters, and help develop the blade business, additional service areas and efficient processes for sustainable growth.

- You have several years of professional experience in rotor blade repair on wind turbines and a sound understanding of operational service in the wind energy industry.
- You have experience leading employees and service teams, strong technical expertise and a clear commitment to quality.
- You are experienced in planning and coordinating operational resources.
- You think entrepreneurially and bring a hands-on approach, initiative, resilience and assertiveness.
- You are fluent in English and confident in professional and negotiation settings.
- The role involves regular travel to wind farm sites including Australia
- Experience with GKT, wind turbine installation, building or developing operational service organisations, or international wind energy projects would be an advantage.
